What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional programs from problem definition or strategy through execution, setting outcomes, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measures of progress.
- Improve service readiness and reliability using incident data, telemetry, operational findings, automation, and corrective engineering or process work.
- Coordinate priorities and resolve dependencies across product engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, regional teams, and senior leaders.
