What you'll do
- Use fleet telemetry, customer signals, analysis, and operational incidents to identify systemic improvements and influence architecture and product investments.
- Lead technical evaluations and architectural decisions involving server architecture, fleet reliability, and serviceability.
- Align engineering, architecture, operations, product, and customer-facing teams on requirements, specifications, and technical tradeoffs.
