What you'll do
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, and subject-matter experts to design technical solutions and provide stakeholders with risk-based recommendations.
- Define success criteria, coordinate cross-functional alignment, and deliver roadmaps, schedules, staging plans, implementation plans, and governance.
- Validate use cases, write test cases, support performance measurement and customer support, and lead customer engagements.
