Security Operations Engineer - CTJ - Poly

What you'll do

• Lead authorization and accreditation activities, including RMF documentation, audits, assessments, and ATO outcomes.
• Coordinate with government officials, auditors, customers, and internal teams to resolve security and compliance issues.
• Administer and secure Azure environments through security controls, monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.

What they ask for

• Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; or a master's degree in one of these fields and 3+ years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in one of these fields and 4+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to SCI, based on an SSBI with Polygraph.
• Must meet required security screening requirements and pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
• U.S. citizenship verification is required.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical security role, including leadership of high-severity incidents or complex escalations.
• Demonstrated use of Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Pay

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year (base salary); USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (base salary)
