Leads hands-on engineering engagements with enterprise customers to diagnose and resolve complex Windows issues, improve install-base health, and turn solutions into reusable tools and guidance.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and remediate customer Windows deployment, management, update, application, performance, reliability, and security issues.
- Build, implement, and validate technical solutions, automation, scripts, and tools; collaborate with product engineering on complex issues.
- Convert successful customer solutions into reusable playbooks, tools, and guidance, and communicate outcomes to customers and Microsoft teams.

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year (base salary); USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (base salary)
