Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, refreshes, and decommissions data center IT equipment while guiding technicians and maintaining safe, reliable service delivery.
What you'll do
- Prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, refresh, and decommission network, storage, server, and cabling equipment.
- Complete and escalate service tickets, incidents, and safety concerns; verify work against deployment, quality, and security standards.
- Guide and mentor technicians, coordinate tasks, and support safe, efficient handoffs across teams and shifts.
