Senior Director, Business Process Sales Leader

What you'll do

• Set worldwide sales strategy, targets, pipeline coverage, and forecasts; coordinate regional execution.
• Lead executive customer engagement, competitive wins, and adoption of Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, and agents.
• Coach the global specialist community and scale sales execution through partners, skilling, and business reviews.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling or leading the sale of business applications, ERP, CRM, low-code platforms, AI solutions, or agent-based technologies to C-suite executives and line-of-business leaders.
• Experience leading, coaching, and enabling distributed sales communities across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated use of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents in day-to-day sales activities, including territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer engagement.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in solution, services, or technology sales.
• Enterprise customer experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies; competitive-platform experience and certifications preferred.

Pay

USD $76.15 - $116.83 per hour (base pay); USD $98.03 - $127.45 per hour (base pay)
