About the job
Leads end-to-end execution, negotiation, and delivery of easements and related real estate instruments needed for datacenter infrastructure, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to keep development milestones on track.
What you'll do
- Drive delivery and negotiate terms for power, water, fiber, access, and other infrastructure easements.
- Manage suppliers, consultants, legal workflows, diligence, risks, milestones, and stakeholder reporting.
- Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and automation or controls to improve delivery predictability and cycle time.

USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year (base salary); USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year (base salary)
