Senior Silicon Engineer

What you'll do

• Own verification of complex flows at SOC, subsystem, or IP levels; develop verification environments and run and debug simulations.
• Work with design and partner teams to define verification strategies and test plans, using random-stimulus and coverage-based techniques.
• Perform pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation, including testing, debugging, and stress and performance scenarios.

What they ask for

• Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or Master's degree in one of these fields; or Bachelor's degree in one of these fields; or equivalent experience.
• Technical engineering experience: 1+ years with a doctorate, 4+ years with a master's degree, or 5+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of RTL Verification using UVM/C verification methodology.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, MAC/PCS, networking blocks; complex SoCs; processor and peripheral interconnect protocols; Verilog, System Verilog, and UVM methodology.

Pay

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year (base salary); USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (base salary)
