What you'll do
- Lead complex investigations into tracking implementations, event flows, APIs, reporting, logs, and attribution discrepancies; guide global teams and own service KPIs.
- Translate customer and incident evidence into product and engineering improvements, and build monitoring, documentation, playbooks, training, and self-service resources.
- Design and own agentic, AI-assisted, and automation solutions; represent Support in pilots, release reviews, and launches.

USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year (base salary); USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year (base salary)
