Leads data center site acquisition and leasing across AMER, negotiating lease agreements and coordinating partners and internal teams to deliver capacity on schedule and support regional growth.
What you'll do
- Lead data center capacity leasing and acquisition, including market research, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and expansions.
- Manage relationships with lessors and coordinate projects across internal teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop regional plans, maintain accurate project and contract data, and improve processes for timely lease delivery.
