Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, upgrades, and decommissions data center infrastructure while supporting service quality, safety, and technician development.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve issues in network, storage, and server equipment, replacing faulty components with minimal disruption.
- Perform equipment installations, changes, refreshes, and decommissions; verify work against safety and deployment standards.
- Guide and train other technicians, coordinate work, and escalate technical, security, or safety incidents.
