Leads strategic initiatives and operational execution for PLx, coordinating engineering, operations, customers, and executives to deliver mission-critical cloud capabilities for government and regulated workloads.
What you'll do
- Drive PLx initiatives from planning through delivery and improve operational efficiency through process definition, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain operational reviews, status reporting, leadership communications, and business rhythms.
- Support executive and customer engagements, track commitments, and use customer and operational trends to inform investment, roadmap, and service decisions.
