What you'll do
- Develop learning strategy, role-based curricula, needs analysis, delivery channels, and outcome measures for AIX.
- Deliver manager, DRI, Atlas, AI, compliance, and Aspire enablement in partnership with HR, product teams, and subject matter experts.
- Scale learning delivery and report outcomes such as behavior change, planning data quality, readiness, adoption, and time to productivity.

USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year (base salary); USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year (base salary); USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year (base salary); USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year (base salary)
