Builds and deploys customer-facing integrations and AI-powered systems, owning delivery from customer discovery through production and feeding insights back into Middesk’s products.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, operate, and iterate on production integrations using Middesk APIs, data pipelines, and AI workflows.
- Develop LLM- and agent-based systems, including evaluations, test harnesses, and feedback loops.
- Turn customer needs and field learnings into reusable solutions, internal tools, and product improvements.
