Leads engineering for Midi Health’s consumer and growth experiences, from discovery and registration through booking and ongoing patient engagement, while building the team and shaping technical direction.
What you'll do
- Own the engineering roadmap and execution for consumer and growth experiences, including onboarding, booking, commerce, and engagement.
- Lead, hire, mentor, and develop engineering teams while remaining hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and AI-assisted development.
- Partner across functions to deliver scalable, reliable experiences and contribute to company-wide technical decisions.
