Provides ongoing virtual care for women’s midlife health, managing patient panels and making autonomous clinical decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage patients’ perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual visits.
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT; evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight-management therapies, including GLP-1 therapies.
- Maintain documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks while managing an ongoing patient panel.

- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients and 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
