Provides ongoing virtual care for women’s midlife health, managing a patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions across menopause-related and other conditions.
What you'll do
- Manage patients’ perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep concerns through ongoing virtual care.
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.
- Maintain clinical documentation, follow through on patient care, and meet productivity benchmarks.
What they ask for
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
- 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients, and 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
