What you'll do
- Lead AI/LLM technical strategy and architect production retrieval, orchestration, agentic, and evaluation systems.
- Establish standards for AI safety, evaluation, observability, and responsible rollout; partner with leadership on the AI roadmap.
- Mentor engineers and evaluate new models, techniques, and tools for the team.
