Leads the operational execution of Mill Commercial launches and deployments, coordinating site readiness, vendors, cross-functional teams, and partner handoffs as the business scales beyond pilots.
What you'll do
- Develop site-readiness checklists, launch playbooks, and integrated deployment schedules; coordinate teams and resolve risks to meet schedules.
- Manage deployment vendors, field escalations, service levels, and adherence to technical and partner requirements.
- Work with account teams to create operating procedures and training materials for commercial food-service staff.
