About the job

Owns the power, sensing, and control systems for Mill hardware, taking electrical designs from schematic and PCB development through validation and production transition.

What you'll do

  • Lead board bring-up, validation, rework tracking, and root-cause debugging across circuits and full-system behavior.
  • Own production-intent electrical design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, and DFM; design and validate power, sensing, and mechatronic systems.
  • Contribute to certification readiness, design reviews, prototype-to-production transition, and cross-functional and vendor coordination.
