Owns manufacturing and operations readiness for Mill’s commercial hardware builds from EVT through mass production, coordinating internal teams and the contract manufacturer.
What you'll do
- Define and drive readiness for EVT, DVT, and PVT; maintain the master schedule, track risks, and report status.
- Coordinate supply, logistics, quality, test, BOM, demand, and certification work; drive Clear to Build and production ramp readiness.
- Manage contract manufacturer performance, communicate changes, and escalate risks with proposed solutions.

- 10+ years in manufacturing operations or manufacturing program management for hardware products, with direct ownership of results at a third-party manufacturer (CM, JDM, or OEM).
- Track record taking products through EVT, DVT, PVT, and ramp to mass production, with detailed examples.

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
