Supports design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing readiness of new consumer products at Mill.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design and validation; develop prototypes and execute tests.
- Support 3D CAD design, 2D documentation, and engineering builds.
- Work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues.

- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection for electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD and rapid prototyping methods.
