Product Manager, Mill Commercial Hardware

What you'll do

• Define and maintain product requirements and make documented decisions on priorities and tradeoffs.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Design, and Sales to resolve technical challenges and prepare for customer deployment.
• Own product performance metrics and the roadmap beyond Gen 1, including accessories and product improvements.

What they ask for

• 5–7 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years on hardware or electromechanical products.
• Experience taking hardware through late-stage development, pilot, and commercial deployment.
• Experience supporting early deployments and closing the customer and field feedback loop.
• Technical depth to engage substantively with engineers on tradeoffs; clear communication and cross-functional execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial food service, institutional kitchens, or food waste/recycling equipment; field-serviceable hardware; IoT-connected hardware; or an early-stage hardware startup.

Pay

$185 to $215K USD base salary
