Provides technical accounting and financial reporting advice for private credit activities, investment transactions, and related business initiatives.
What you'll do
- Analyze investment transactions and legal documents, prepare technical accounting conclusions, and advise on appropriate structuring and accounting.
- Prepare and review private credit reporting materials, U.S. GAAP financial statements, and footnote disclosures.
- Partner with internal teams, external advisors, and auditors; support monthly reporting, year-end audits, and other group priorities.

- CPA or equivalent qualification.
