What you'll do
- Own operational ticket queues and lead incident, service-request, and change management.
- Coordinate and coach Data Center Specialists; oversee facility operations, server provisioning, vendors, and infrastructure capacity.
- Maintain operational documentation and asset records, report metrics, and improve processes, tooling, automation, and integrations.
