Supports Millennium’s global structured capital markets activity, focusing on evaluating and executing convertible bonds and related equity-linked and structured transactions.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and execute convertible bonds, PIPEs, SPACs, private placements, and other structured transactions, supporting all stages of execution.
- Analyze market conditions, transaction structures, and opportunities; develop transaction databases, targeting tools, and market intelligence.
- Build relationships with market participants and coordinate transaction work across internal teams and external stakeholders.
