Supports Mind Robotics’ onsite fleet of data-collection devices by provisioning and troubleshooting hardware and networks, validating software, and later assisting with robot deployments.
What you'll do
- Provision devices, run diagnostics, troubleshoot Linux and networking issues, and monitor fleet health.
- Develop and validate field code fixes, automate routine fleet tasks, and support staged software rollouts and rollbacks.
- Serve as the onsite technical contact, coordinate with HQ, and document field issues and procedures.
