Build Mind Robotics’ supply chain from scratch, sourcing and managing suppliers while scaling industrial robots from prototypes to initial production.
What you'll do
- Source suppliers and own procurement, including quotes, negotiations, agreements, and purchase orders.
- Develop cost models, manage supplier performance and logistics, and mitigate sourcing and supply risks.
- Plan the transition from prototype builds to production and provide sourcing input to engineering teams.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or sourcing experience in a hardware-intensive industry.
- Direct sourcing experience across multiple commodity categories, such as electromechanical components, PCBs/PCBAs, molded parts, machined metals, cameras/sensors, or connectors.
- Experience transitioning prototype/NPI builds to volume production, including tooling qualification and first-article inspection.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
