QA Reviewer, Data Annotation

What you'll do

• Lead weekly calibration sessions and coach reviewers on complex guidelines and edge cases.
• Identify labeling errors, investigate root causes, and maintain annotation guidelines and documentation.
• Monitor quality metrics and coordinate with technical, operations, and annotation teams to resolve taxonomy questions.

What they ask for

• 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, data annotation QA, or data review in high-velocity tech or AI environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a practical, logical approach to ambiguous data scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining labeling rules and facilitating alignment discussions.
• Comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic reports to track accuracy metrics and identify trends.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-camera/ego-exo video annotation, point cloud data, or robotics training data pipelines.
• Experience working with third-party vendor teams (BPO/managed services) in a fast-paced hardware or AI deployment environment.
