About the job

Build and train core multimodal and VLA models, taking them from data and evaluation through deployment and iteration on real industrial robots.

What you'll do

  • Design large-scale training pipelines and scalable data infrastructure; define data strategy and evaluation frameworks.
  • Own the data-to-training-to-evaluation-to-robot-deployment loop and translate model outputs into reliable robotic actions.
  • Work hands-on with robots to debug and improve behavior across real-world tasks and environments.

What they ask for

  • Built and trained large-scale models such as LLMs, VLMs, or robotics foundation models; strong understanding of modern ML, training dynamics, and large-scale optimization.
  • Experience with distributed systems and data pipelines for large-scale training.
  • Ability to work end-to-end from data and models to deployment on real robots; strength in robotics, VLA systems, or training LLMs/VLMs from scratch.
  • Strong Python proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dexterous manipulation or complex robotic tasks.
  • Experience deploying models in real-world production environments.

Tools

Python, LLMs, VLMs, VLA systems

AI focus

Develop and train generalized physical AI models, including multimodal and VLA systems, and deploy them on robots for real-world industrial tasks.
