What you'll do
- Own financial models for capital allocation and resource planning; develop business cases for strategic decisions.
- Design employee incentive systems and commercial policies, and optimize A/P and A/R policies with Accounting and RevOps.
- Partner with leadership on operating KPIs and board, investor, and internal reporting materials.
