About the job
Lead and grow Mirage’s Product Design team, setting design direction and shaping intuitive AI-native video products from strategy through launch.
What you'll do
- Set design vision, strategy, and quality standards; guide complex product initiatives through launch.
- Manage, mentor, and develop designers while building the team’s structure, culture, and processes.
- Partner with executive, Product, and Engineering teams on product strategy, roadmap, and AI-driven experiences.
