About the job
Leads production-floor activities to meet daily targets while maintaining food safety, product quality, workplace safety, and accurate, on-time customer orders.
What you'll do
- Communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings; assign personnel to tasks.
- Monitor compliance with food-safety, distribution, quality-control, and safety standards; address or escalate concerns.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and workflow improvements to support accurate, on-time production.
What they ask for

- Experience or comfort working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
