About the job
Provides front-line production support in a warehouse, coordinating staff and quality, food-safety, and safety practices to meet production targets and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
What you'll do
- Communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings; delegate and distribute work.
- Monitor food-safety and quality compliance, inspect products, and promptly escalate concerns or deviations.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to keep production supplied and resolve delivery issues.
What they ask for

- Experience or comfort working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively, with or without reasonable accommodation; willing to work overtime and/or possible weekends as needed.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience in a food-based environment; HS Diploma or equivalent.
