Drives process improvement projects across logistics, distribution, and fulfillment operations, using data and Lean practices to improve quality, safety, productivity, and cost while supporting operational launches and 3PL expansion.
What you'll do
- Launch, implement, and sustain operational processes, projects, software, and systems with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze operational data and apply Lean tools to identify root causes, reduce waste, and improve quality and productivity.
- Create standard work and training materials, and coach operations teams and leaders on process improvements.
