What you'll do
- Develop and monitor quality, food safety, sanitation, traceability, and employee safety programs; conduct audits and review plans.
- Lead QA/QC and sanitation technicians, provide training and coaching, and manage supplier compliance and corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and support continuous improvement, equipment validation, and electronic QMS implementation.

- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering in manufacturing, food production, or high-volume fulfillment.

$75,000 - $85,000 / year (base salary)
