Partners with warehouse and distribution leaders in the central region to provide HR support and advance workforce, talent, culture, and operational initiatives.
What you'll do
- Advise employees and leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and employment compliance.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to align business objectives with HR solutions and improve morale, productivity, and retention.
- Analyze HR trends and KPIs and coordinate with internal teams on workforce planning, talent management, and professional development.
