What you'll do
- Coach and supervise the FSQA Supervisor; audit warehouse processes and lead investigations into defects and customer complaints.
- Lead CAPA, validation, process-improvement, SOP, and documentation activities; use quality data to guide operational decisions.
- Maintain food-safety compliance and audit readiness, oversee traceability exercises, and lead quality-system and WMS improvements.
