Supervises day-to-day fulfillment center operations, leading teams to meet safety, food quality, productivity, and operational goals.
What you'll do
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety standards; conduct training and inspections.
- Monitor KPIs and improve productivity, efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Lead, coach, and train operations staff while coordinating workflows across departments.
