Trains and supports warehouse associates through onboarding, on-the-floor instruction, performance evaluation, and adherence to food safety procedures.
What you'll do
- Conduct departmental training and cross-training using approved materials, and support new hires.
- Evaluate trainee performance, recommend next steps, and complete required training documentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules, escalate hazards, and stop production if product integrity may be compromised.
