What you'll do
- Manage benefits strategy and operations across countries, including enrollment, renewals, vendor management, compliance, and employee support.
- Develop scalable processes and policies, use data and reporting to guide decisions, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and payroll.
- Contribute to mobility programs, including immigration and mobility compliance and competitiveness.
