Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements for Mistral’s North American business while advising on legal matters and developing AI-enabled tools to scale legal operations.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, partnership, and other commercial agreements; create and refine templates.
- Develop and improve tools to automate legal workflows, approvals, policies, and training materials.
- Advise teams on legal, regulatory, and strategic matters, including compliance with laws applying to AI technologies.
