About the job
Lead and grow Miter’s Financials engineering team while remaining hands-on, building new financial products and setting their technical direction.
What you'll do
- Hire, onboard, coach, and manage the Financials engineering team.
- Build new financial products from zero to one, expanding into enterprise-ready systems for contractors.
- Own the roadmap, architecture, delivery, and reliability of business-critical systems; partner with the CEO and early customers.
