About the job

Build and optimize behavior-triggered lifecycle communications that drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion, while helping shape AI-agent-enabled customer success programs.

What you'll do

  • Develop and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, including segmentation, messaging, campaign setup, measurement, and experimentation.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and customer-facing teams to deliver relevant digital communications and support product adoption.
  • Pilot AI-agent approaches to customer success and identify opportunities to improve data, tools, and processes.

What they ask for

  • Experience in customer lifecycle communications, ideally in B2B SaaS, focused on post-sale adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle or marketing automation platforms and fluency with product analytics; able to build campaigns and analyze data independently.
  • Strong writing, segmentation, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable with ambiguity and outcome-based measurement.
  • Actively experimenting with agentic customer success and able to explain where AI agents can help or risk customer trust.

Nice to have

  • Experience launching a scaled or digital customer success program, particularly for self-serve customers.
  • Experience with in-product messaging, lifecycle orchestration, or deploying an AI agent in a customer-facing workflow.
