About the job
Build and own Modal’s employee IT environment, including identity, devices, internal systems, SaaS applications, and IT operations, while defining how the function scales.
What you'll do
- Manage identity and access, device lifecycle and security, and internal systems and SaaS applications.
- Automate employee workflows and integrations, and oversee employee support, hardware, assets, procurement, and vendors.
- Set IT’s technical direction and operating model, and build the function and team as the company grows.
