Build and run the systems, records, and workflows that support Modal’s legal function, including contract operations, corporate administration, compliance, and legal tooling.
What you'll do
- Build and improve contract lifecycle workflows, approvals, and legal intake.
- Manage corporate records, compliance filings, stock administration, outside counsel, and legal spend.
- Configure tools, including AI-enabled tooling, to make legal operations more efficient.
