Supports the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding while building and improving People Operations processes, documentation, and employee programs.
What you'll do
- Own and improve onboarding, track internal tasks, and respond to or route employee questions.
- Maintain self-service resources and support rollouts of People programs and policies.
- Support employee experience events and process employee changes, updated employment letters, and compliant employee files.
