About the job
Build and lead Modern Treasury’s risk function, defining customer underwriting, transaction controls, exposure policies, and automated risk systems for money movement.
What you'll do
- Develop customer onboarding and underwriting policies, transaction authorization and limits, and reserve and exposure policies.
- Select and deploy risk tools and automate detection and case handling, including for stablecoins, wallets, and other payment rails.
- Work across Engineering, Product, Compliance, Finance, and customer-facing teams to build coordinated risk and compliance systems.
