AI Agent Engineer

What you'll do

• Build agent lifecycle systems for evaluation, versioning, rollback, model upgrades, and approval workflows.
• Implement governance, security, privacy, human review, and policy controls for agents handling sensitive or regulated workflows.
• Integrate agents with platform services and operator interfaces, and monitor production performance.

What they ask for

• Production experience with machine learning or AI systems, including model integration, evaluation, and iteration.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and backend or platform systems experience; expertise in Python, Rust, or Java, or working knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain.
• Familiarity with large language models and tooling; experience combining, adapting, or orchestrating models for real-world use cases.
• Experience designing systems for state, versioning, rollback, and approval workflows.

Nice to have

• Background in data science, machine learning, or applied research.
• Experience with workflow engines, rules systems, policy enforcement frameworks, or full-stack development.
